PE蜡具有强的极性的很长的非极性碳链。其结构中在极性上与塑料相容的部分起内润滑作用,在极性上与塑料不相容的部分起外润滑和脱模的作用,那么PE蜡的真假该如何辨别呢?
1、片状聚乙烯蜡 真品片状蜡一看就是塑料,比较硬的感觉,跟塑料片无异,表面光滑,半透明,自然白或微黄,掰开看层面不分层,无石灰粉、黑点等杂质,一面映着光看有很好的光亮度;
2、用手去摸 真品有很好的光滑性,摸上去是塑料的感觉而不是石蜡的感觉,质硬,性脆,易碎,常温不成团。含石蜡、硬化油、费托蜡的假货发腻,摸上去油油的,有摸蜡烛的感觉,或粗糙,看上去像没和好的面片,软软的,粉末的如果用手去握就成团了;
3、闻气味 真品闻上去是塑料的味道,假货是石蜡的气味或强烈的异味;
4、开水煮把蜡片放玻璃器皿里加热水沸5分钟,蜡片形状不变是真品,变糊或变形是含石蜡等杂质。虽然测试方法不同,测试环境不同,但真品的软化点一定高于100摄氏度。
5、使用熔点仪、红外光谱仪、及核磁共振测试真品的熔点一般在105度左右,且熔程较窄,掺了其他物质的熔点低且熔程宽。红外光谱仪就像是火眼金睛,很容易辨明真假,但是仪器较贵。核磁共振就更加不用说了。
